This side dish is for all vegetable lovers. It is healthy, low in fat, and retains all the nutrients of the vegetables.

  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • Wash and clean the vegetables well. Peel the carrot.
  • Cut the carrot into cubes. Cut the broccoli into florets. Cut the green beans into medium pieces.
  • Place the vegetables in a steamer and add the tablespoon of butter on top.
  • Wait until they are ready, making sure they do not become mushy.
