This garnish is for all those who love vegetables. It is healthy, low in fat and retains all the nutrients of vegetables.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 1 cup green bean
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Preparation

Wash and clean vegetables thoroughly. Peel the carrot.
Cut the carrots into cubes. Cut the broccoli into stems. Cut the green beans into medium pieces.
Put the vegetables in a steamer and add the tablespoon of butter on them.
Wait until they are ready, avoiding them becoming too soft.

PRESENTATION

Serve on the side of the main stew, making sure that the same amount of all the vegetables remains.

TIPS

You can use a knife or peeler with a tooth to give a special touch to the carrot.
