Strips with Cream

  • Pam® butter, butter-flavored canola oil spray
  • 6 Poblano chiles
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 100 milliliters low-fat milk
  • 200 milliliters sour cream, reduced fat
  • 250 grams panela cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 100 grams chicken bullion
  • salt

  • Roast the chiles directly over the flame and place them in a plastic bag to sweat for about 10 minutes, then clean and peel them; afterward, cut them into strips.
  • Spray a skillet with 2 shots of PAM® Butter, cook the onion and garlic until transparent. Then add the chicken broth concentrate, the strips of poblano chili, and the corn kernels; let cook for a few minutes, stirring continuously.
