Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Pam® butter, canola oil butter flavor spray
  • 500 grams button mushrooms, large
  • 50 grams breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 200 grams ground meat, beef
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese, grated
  • salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms, chop them finely, and reserve the caps.
  • Mix the finely chopped garlic and parsley with the breadcrumbs.
  • Spray a skillet with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and sauté the ground beef. Add it to the previous mixture along with the breadcrumbs.
  • Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper. Fill them with the prepared mixture, placing them on a baking tray previously greased with 2 shots of PAM® Butter.
