Remove the stems from the mushrooms, chop them finely, and reserve the caps.
Mix the finely chopped garlic and parsley with the breadcrumbs.
Spray a skillet with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and sauté the ground beef. Add it to the previous mixture along with the breadcrumbs.
Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper. Fill them with the prepared mixture, placing them on a baking tray previously greased with 2 shots of PAM® Butter.
