Ingredients

  • PAM® Butter canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 500 grams of mushroom big
  • 50 grams of ground bread
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons of onion finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons of parsley finely chopped
  • 200 grams of ground beef beef
  • 200 grams of Manchego cheese grated
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Remove the stem from the mushrooms, chop finely and reserve the pancitas.
    Mix finely chopped garlic and parsley with the ground bread.
    Spray a pan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and sauté the ground beef. Add it to the previous mixture together with the ground bread.
    Season the mushrooms. Fill with the previously prepared mixture, place them on a tray previously greased with 2 shots of PAM® Butter.

    PRESENTATION

    Spray 4 shots of PAM® Butter over the mushrooms, and scatter the grated cheese. Bake for 25 minutes and serve.

    TIPS

    To avoid the darkening of the already cooked mushrooms, it is important to bake them just before serving, it is recommended to serve bathed in cream.
