2 teaspoons capers, Bogador® *
6 pickles, in Helios® vinegar *
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
10 pickled onions
1 can piquillo chile, Bogador® *
salt
ground black peppers, Terana® *

Drain the tuna and sardines.
Chop the sweet pickles.
Drain the peppers.
In a bowl, mix tuna and sardines, add pickles, parsley, lemon juice, capers, and mayonnaise.
Fill the peppers with the mixture.
Serve on a previously toasted baguette.
