  • 3 sardine, in Albo® olive oil *
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons capers, Bogador® *
  • 6 pickles, in Helios® vinegar *
  • 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 10 pickled onions
  • 1 can piquillo chile, Bogador® *
  • salt
  • ground black peppers, Terana® *

  • Drain the tuna and sardines.
  • Chop the sweet pickles.
  • Drain the peppers.
  • In a bowl, mix tuna and sardines, add pickles, parsley, lemon juice, capers, and mayonnaise.
  • Fill the peppers with the mixture.
  • Serve on a previously toasted baguette.
