3 yellow sweet potatoes, cooked
2 potatoes, cooked
1 onion, cut into feathers
1 1/4 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon curry, powder
salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

Boil the sweet potatoes and potatoes, all with their skin, for 15 minutes in the pressure cooker, with one cup of water.
Make a puree with the hot sweet potatoes and potatoes, without skin.
Heat the olive oil and fry the onion in feathers and the garlic, then blend them with the broth.
Incorporate this mixture into the puree.
Heat and season with the spices and salt.
