Yellow sweet potato and potato puree with a touch of curry, onion, and garlic.

  • 2 potatoes, cooked
  • 1 onion, cut into feathers
  • 1 1/4 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon curry, powder

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Boil the sweet potatoes and potatoes, all with their skin, for 15 minutes in the pressure cooker, with one cup of water.
  • Make a puree with the hot sweet potatoes and potatoes, without skin.
  • Heat the olive oil and fry the onion in feathers and the garlic, then blend them with the broth.
  • Incorporate this mixture into the puree.
  • Heat and season with the spices and salt.
