  • 250 grams fresh cream
  • 300 grams Manchego cheese, grated

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Grease a square pyrex (baking dish) with Pam or butter.
  • Layer in the pyrex by making a layer of potatoes, a layer of cream, and a layer of cheese.
  • Finish the layers with a layer of cheese.
  • Bake the potatoes for 25 minutes.
  • Serve
