250 grams fresh cream
300 grams Manchego cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Grease a square pyrex (baking dish) with Pam or butter.
Layer in the pyrex by making a layer of potatoes, a layer of cream, and a layer of cheese.
Finish the layers with a layer of cheese.
Bake the potatoes for 25 minutes.
