Vegetable Pancakes in Sauce

Vegetable pancakes, very tasty and healthy that can be served with rice or any sauce of your choice. EAT WELL

  • 4 carrots
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 pumpkins
  • 1 chayote
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Gamesa® pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Cut the vegetables into thin, small strips.
  • Place in a deep container. Add 1 egg, Gamesa® Pancake Flour (enough so it’s not too floury), and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir everything with a large spoon.
  • In a saucepan, heat oil (enough for the pancakes to submerge in it).
  • Take small portions of the vegetable mixture with the spoon and place them in the oil.
  • Fry them on both sides for a few minutes.
  • Finally, remove them, drain, and let them cool a bit.
