3 potatoes
2 pumpkins
1 chayote
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup Gamesa® pancake mix
1 egg
1 pinch salt

Cut the vegetables into thin, small strips.
Place in a deep container. Add 1 egg, Gamesa® Pancake Flour (enough so it’s not too floury), and a pinch of salt.
Stir everything with a large spoon.
In a saucepan, heat oil (enough for the pancakes to submerge in it).
Take small portions of the vegetable mixture with the spoon and place them in the oil.
Fry them on both sides for a few minutes.
Finally, remove them, drain, and let them cool a bit.
