Preparation
Split the vegetables into thin and small strips.
They are put in a deep container. and add 1 egg, Gamesa® Hot Cakes Flour (enough, so that it is not very floury) and a pinch of salt.
Stir everything with a large spoon.
In a saucepan put to heat oil, (enough for the pancakes to sink in).
Take small portions of the vegetable mixture with the spoon and put them in the oil.
They are left to fry, on both sides, a few minutes.
And finally, they are removed, drained and left to cool a bit.
