1 tablespoon soybean oil
1/2 cups green onion, sliced with the stem
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can carrot, in cubes
1 cup corn kernels, yellow
2 cups white rice
4 cups Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
4 measurements coconuts, halves
3 tablespoons green onion, tails, chopped

Thaw the peas and corn. Reserve along with the carrot.
Then in a deep skillet, heat the sesame oil and soy sauce.
Next, add the onion, ginger, garlic, and mix; incorporate the vegetables and then the rice with the water or chicken broth.
Cook until the rice is fluffy.
Serve in the half coconuts and decorate with the green onion tails.
