Vegetable Rice

This recipe is for a delicious fried rice with vegetables. Complement your regular rice with a few vegetables and add more flavor to your meal.

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
  • 1/2 cups green onion, sliced with the stem
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 can carrot, in cubes
  • 1 cup corn kernels, yellow
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 4 cups Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 measurements coconuts, halves
  • 3 tablespoons green onion, tails, chopped

  • Thaw the peas and corn. Reserve along with the carrot.
  • Then in a deep skillet, heat the sesame oil and soy sauce.
  • Next, add the onion, ginger, garlic, and mix; incorporate the vegetables and then the rice with the water or chicken broth.
  • Cook until the rice is fluffy.
  • Serve in the half coconuts and decorate with the green onion tails.
