1 sprig celery, washed and disinfected, without leaves

In a medium pot over medium heat, melt the Margarina Primavera® Cocina Sin Sal and sauté the garlic and onion. Then add and mix in the potato and carrot, cooking and stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Add and mix in the eggplant and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the celery and then the mushrooms, integrating everything well and cooking while stirring occasionally for five minutes.
Dissolve the Knorr® Caldo Sabor Res cubes perfectly in 1 1/2 cups of water. Pour it into the pot and add the broccoli. Mix everything well to season evenly. Dissolve the Maizena® Regular Cornstarch in the remaining half cup of water, pour it into the pot, mix, and boil to thicken.
Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes. Serve hot.
