Traditional Andalusian cuisine is considered a form of native culinary art. Its dishes are passed down from generation to generation, as they are highly appreciated among the most discerning palates.
Clean the green beans, cut them in half if they are flat. Boil them with water and salt for about 1/2 hour, until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
In a frying pan, add a little oil and fry the whole peeled garlic, the bread, and the red pepper. Add them to the blender with vinegar and a splash of water. Blend.
In the same oil where you fried the garlic, sauté the green beans a little. Add the mixture you blended earlier. If necessary, add a little more water.
Let it cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
