Ingredients: 1 kilo green bean; 1 red bell pepper; 4 cloves garlic; 2 slices bread, from the previous day; 1 pinch ground cumin; 2 tablespoons vinegar; olive oil; salt, and pepper to taste

Clean the green beans, cut them in half if they are flat. Boil them with water and salt for about 1/2 hour, until they are tender. Drain and set aside. In a frying pan, add a little oil and fry the whole peeled garlic, the bread, and the red pepper. Add them to the blender with vinegar and a splash of water. Blend.
