Brisée pasta
1 bunch asparagus, cut into 4 cm pieces
2/3 cups table cream
olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 cups Gruyère cheese, grated
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon mustard

Roll out the dough and place it in a pie mold. Bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes. When ready, remove and let cool slightly.
In a skillet, place the asparagus with a little olive oil. Just until they are cooked and take on a little color.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, half cream, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and mustard.
Once the dough is warm, add the asparagus and the egg mixture.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180ºC.
