10 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 bunch asparagus
pinches salt
pinches pepper
1 egg, hard-boiled

Cut the ends off the asparagus.
Boil the asparagus in a steamer for 15 minutes until tender.
Mix the vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Stir until it thickens.
Pour the vinaigrette over the asparagus.
Sprinkle hard-boiled egg on top of the asparagus.
