Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 10 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 egg, hard

Preparation

Cut the tips of the asparagus.
Boil the asparagus in a steamer for 15 minutes until soft.
Mix the vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
Stir until it thickens.
Put the vinaigrette on the asparagus.
Sprinkle hard boiled egg over the asparagus.
