Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 10 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 egg, Lasted

Preparation

Cut the tips off the asparagus.
Boil the asparagus in a steamer for 15 minutes until soft.
Mix the vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, salt and pepper.
Stir until thickened.
Put the vinaigrette over the asparagus.
Sprinkle hard boiled egg on top of the asparagus.
