  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups pickles, finely chopped cornichon
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • fresh dill
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled, finely chopped
  • pinches salt
  • pinches ground black pepper
  • 1 bunch asparagus, fresh, trimmed

  • Mix FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt, mustard, onion, cornichon, capers, dill, and eggs in a medium bowl and mix gently, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours for the flavors to meld.
  • Heat the grill or skillet over high heat. Brush the asparagus with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on both sides until slightly charred and fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Place on a plate and top with the gribiche sauce.
