Mix FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt, mustard, onion, cornichon, capers, dill, and eggs in a medium bowl and mix gently, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours for the flavors to meld. Heat the grill or skillet over high heat. Brush the asparagus with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on both sides until slightly charred and fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Place on a plate and top with the gribiche sauce.
