Broccoli and Granola Bites with Honey Mustard Dressing

These broccoli bites with cheese and granola are delicious and a fun way for your kids to eat vegetables, paired with a delicious honey mustard dressing that complements them well.

  • 2 cups broccoli, in very small pieces
  • 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cups Kellogg's® ancient grains granola: quinoa, amaranth, and apple
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups olive oil, (for the dressing)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard seed, (for the dressing)
  • 3 tablespoons honey, (for the dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, (for the dressing)
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, (for the dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, (for the dressing)
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper, (for the dressing)

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and form 10-gram balls. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • For the dressing, combine all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • Serve the bites with the dressing.
