2 cups quinoa, cooked and cold
1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cow's milk
1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cups olive oil, for frying

In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, quinoa, cheese, milk, salt, and eggs.
Add the flour and baking powder to form a thick mixture, similar to pancake batter.
In a skillet, heat one tablespoon of olive oil, pour in 1/3 cup of the mixture. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
