Bacon-Wrapped Vegetable Bundles

  • 3 zucchinis
  • 1 jicama, without skin
  • 200 grams green beans
  • 5 carrots
  • 350 grams bacon, in slices
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Wash the vegetables directly under running water, and dry them thoroughly.
  • Cut the vegetables with a knife, aiming to get stick shapes about 10 centimeters long (the same size as green beans, from which the ends have been previously removed).
  • Gather four vegetable sticks and tie them with bacon. Season with salt and pepper and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake the vegetables for 30 minutes or until the bacon is golden.
