Honey Glazed Carrots

Nothing like a good side dish to accompany your main courses. These caramelized carrots are incredibly easy to make, and their flavor pairs perfectly with turkey, pork loin, chicken, and beef steak.

1 kilo carrot, small or baby
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons raw sugar
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 lime
1 pinch salt

Melt the butter in a skillet.
Wash the carrots thoroughly; if desired, you can peel them.
Add them to the skillet, pour in the honey and sugar. Let them glaze perfectly; to do this, shake the skillet or flip them with a wooden spatula.
When they are about to reach the desired texture, squeeze the lemon.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
