Honey Glazed Carrots

Nothing like a good side dish to accompany your main courses. These caramelized carrots are incredibly easy to make and their flavor makes a perfect match with turkey, pork loin, chicken and beef steak.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo carrot, small or baby
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons bee honey
  • 3 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan.
Wash the carrots perfectly, if you wish you can peel them.
Add them to the pan, pour the honey and sugar. Let them glaze perfectly, for this, move the pan or turn them with a wooden shovel.
When they are about to reach the texture you want, squeeze the lemon.
Salpimenta to taste.
Serve immediately, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a large platter for everyone to take their portion.

Cuantos gramos de zanahoria son los que se cuentan en esa información nutrimental, porque dice con base en una dieta de 2000 kcal pero cuantos gramos o porciones de la zanahoria aporta eso?
