Preparation
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Wash the carrots perfectly, if you want you can peel them.
Add them to the pan, add the honey and sugar. Let them glaze perfectly, to do this, move the pan or turn them with a wooden shovel.
When they are about to reach the texture you want, squeeze the lemon.
Season to taste.
Serve immediately, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
