  • 20 grams fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 10 grams fresh thyme
  • 1/2 bunches fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 100 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pinches ground black pepper
  • 30 grams sea ​​salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Add olive oil to the carrots, season with salt and pepper, and mix with rosemary and cilantro. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes. Stir the mixture occasionally.
