1 cup carrot, peeled and coarsely grated
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 ginger, peeled and finely chopped
2 teaspoons sunflower oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt

Place the grated carrots in a bowl and add salt.
Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and ginger. When they start to change color, add to the bowl of grated carrots.
Heat the sunflower oil until very hot. Add the mustard seeds to the pan and heat until they start to pop.
Pour the mustard seeds and the oil over the carrot mixture.
Add the lemon juice and FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt, and mix well.
