3/4 cups flour

100 grams broccoli, in florets
100 grams cauliflower, in florets
vegetable oil

Preparation

In a bowl, combine beer, flour, and salt, mix well.
Heat the oil until it reaches a temperature of 375ºF.
Dip the broccoli and cauliflower in the mixture.
Remove and fry for 3 minutes.
Transfer the tempura and place it on absorbent paper, season with salt.
Serve with soy sauce.
