Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3/4 cups beer
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • salt
  • 100 grams broccoli, in little trees
  • 100 grams cauliflower, in little trees
  • oils
  • soy

Preparation

In a bowl combine beer, flour and salt, mix.
Put to heat the oil until it has a temperature of 375ºF.
Put the broccoli and cauliflower in the mixture.
Remove and fry for 3 minutes.
Transfer the tempura and put on absorbent paper season with salt.
Serve with soy sauce.
