Cauliflower with Cream and Corn

Delicious dish, easy to prepare and perfect for eating more vegetables at home. This creamy cauliflower dish with corn and a touch of butter will become everyone's favorite.

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 can ear corn
  • 1 table cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper

  • Wash and cut the cauliflower into pieces.
  • Boil it in salted water with pepper for 15 minutes or until soft. Remove and drain.
  • Add the butter in a pan over low heat and sauté the cauliflower so that it absorbs the butter, pour in the cream and corn; cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Serves; can be accompanied with mashed potatoes or white rice.
