Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 half and half cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash and cut the cauliflower into pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper for 15 minutes or until soft. Take out and drain.
Add the butter in a pan over low heat and season the cauliflower so that it is impregnated with the butter, pour the cream and the corn; cook on low heat 3 to 5 minutes.
It serves; It can be accompanied with mashed potatoes or white rice.
