Battered Stuffed Chilies

This stuffed chili recipe is delicious, I recommend you make it; during the patriotic festivities it's also a good choice to cook and share with everyone.

  • 6 Poblano chiles
  • 500 grams cheese, for stuffing them
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 cube chicken bullion

  • Roast the chilies, peel them, stuff them with cheese, and coat them with a little flour. Separately, beat the eggs until stiff peaks form, dip the chilies in the egg, and fry in enough hot oil until golden.
  • Optional Sauce: Sauté some onion slices and add blended tomatoes, a pinch of oregano, about 2 cups of water, and a bouillon cube to season, then add the chilies.
