250 grams corn kernels, “La Huerta”
250 grams asadero cheese, grated
120 grams deli ham, diced
250 grams sour cream, sour
2 teaspoons chives, dried
1/2 teaspoons chicken bullion
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Thaw the La Huerta Stuffing Peppers in a container with hot water.
In the microwave, heat the La Huerta Corn Kernels in a medium container.
Mix the corn, cheese, and ham; season with salt and pepper.
Open each pepper in half vertically, remove the seeds, fill with ¼ of the mixture of corn, cheese, and ham, and close it.
For the sauce: Heat a small skillet, add the cream and green onions. Mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chicken broth and heat for 2 more minutes.
Place the peppers in a baking dish and heat them in the microwave or in the oven at 180° C for 20 minutes.
