1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 kilo ground meat, of pork
2 green apples, peeled
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup raisins
8 Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, and clean
3/4 cups cow's milk
150 grams cream cheese
1 cup walnuts
3 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
1 cup pomegranate
vegetable oil
parsley
4 egg whites
2 egg yolks
Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and stir.
Add the meat, cook it and drain the fat.
Grate one apple and chop the other apple.
Add the grated apple to the pan.
Add the tomato sauce, wait a few minutes and then add the raisins and the chopped apple.
Stuff the chiles with the mixture.
Whip the egg whites until frothy.
Add the yolks and beat.
Dust the chiles with flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs and finally add the chile to the pan with oil and fry them.
Blend the milk, cream cheese, walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon until you have a smooth mixture.
Serve the chiles with the cheese sauce on top and garnish with pomegranate and parsley.
