Cucumber and Jicama Gazpacho

2 cucumbers
1/2 jicamas, small
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cups queso fresco, shredded
1 tablespoon chile, with lemon
table salt

Wash and peel the cucumber and jicama.
Chop them finely and put them in a lidded container.
Place the container with the cucumber and jicama in the refrigerator for twenty minutes.
Just before serving, add the orange juice, cheese, chili, salt to taste, and mix very well.
Place in individual containers and serve very cold.
