This recipe is a delicious gazpacho of cucumber and jicama. Do not stop trying it and prepare it to share it with all your family and friends. It is an excellent dish to share for its variety of delicious flavors.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 jicama, little
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cups fresh cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Chili pepper, with lemon
  • to taste table salt

Preparation

Wash and peel the cucumber and the jicama.
Chop finely and put them in a container with a lid.
Put the container with the cucumber and jicama in the fridge for twenty minutes.
Just before serving, add the orange juice, cheese, chili, salt to taste and mix very well.
Place in individual containers and serve very cold.
