2 eggplants, sliced
olive oil
salt, and pepper to taste
1 pinch fresh cilantro, chopped
chile flakes

In a grill pan, add oil and let it heat.
Wash and slice the eggplants, season with salt and pepper, add lemon and chili flakes.
Put the eggplants in the pan with oil and fry.
On a plate with paper towels, place the eggplants as they are ready to absorb excess grease.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with cilantro.
