  • 1 pinch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • chile flakes

  • In a grill pan, add oil and let it heat.
  • Wash and slice the eggplants, season with salt and pepper, add lemon and chili flakes.
  • Put the eggplants in the pan with oil and fry.
  • On a plate with paper towels, place the eggplants as they are ready to absorb excess grease.
  • Serve on a plate and sprinkle with cilantro.
