1 eggplant
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
salt

1 cube butter

Slice the eggplant into not-too-thin rounds.
Draw out the moisture from the eggplant by sprinkling coarse salt on each side and let them rest for 5 minutes, then rinse with water.
Spray a skillet with PAM and let it heat for 1 minute.
Place the eggplants and season with salt, pepper, and a little oregano.
Once they start to brown, add a tablespoon of olive oil on top, then flip them after 5-7 minutes.
Repeat the previous step and leave them until you see them nicely browned.
Before serving, cut the butter into very thin slices and once the heat is off, place it on top of the eggplant slices.
