Easy, dietetic and very healthy recipe of aubergines grilled with spices, you can make it as a light dinner or garnish.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 piece of eggplant
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 ulna of Butter

    Preparation

    Slice the aubergine into thin slices.
    Desflema the aubergine by sprinkling salt of grain on each of them on both sides and let them rest for 5 minutes, then rinse with water.
    Sprinkle a pan with PAM and let it heat for 1 minute.
    Put the aubergines and season with salt, pepper and a little oregano.
    Once they begin to brown add a tablespoon of olive oil on them, turn them after 5-7 minutes.
    Repeat the previous step and leave them until you see them well browned.
    Before serving cut the butter cube into very thin slices and with the fire off put it on the eggplant slices.

    PRESENTATION

    You can put a little more oregano on them to make them look pretty.

    TIPS

    It is important that they are not too bold because they dry up.
