500 grams green beans
1/2 cups olive oil
1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
2 cloves garlic
black pepper
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
100 grams goat cheese
1/2 red onions, in slices
1 red bell pepper

Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 3 parts.
Cook them in water for about 5 minutes until they are crunchy but cooked.
Remove them from the hot water and place them in a dish with cold water and ice.
For the vinaigrette, blend the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic, chicken bouillon powder, and pepper.
Crumble the goat cheese and slice the bell pepper.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve with the vinaigrette.
