Green Beans with Vinaigrette and Goat Cheese

  • 500 grams green beans
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 100 grams goat cheese
  • 1/2 red onions, in slices
  • 1 red bell pepper

  • Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 3 parts.
  • Cook them in water for about 5 minutes until they are crunchy but cooked.
  • Remove them from the hot water and place them in a dish with cold water and ice.
  • For the vinaigrette, blend the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic, chicken bouillon powder, and pepper.
  • Crumble the goat cheese and slice the bell pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve with the vinaigrette.
