Preparation
Remove the ends of the green beans and cut them into 3 parts.
Cook them in water for 5 minutes so they are crispy but cooked.
Remove them from the hot water and place them in a fountain with cold water and ice.
For the vinaigrette, blend apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic, chicken powder and pepper.
Crumble the goat cheese and cut the pepper into slices.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve with the vinaigrette.
