Stir fry of green beans with tomatoes

  • 450 grams green beans
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped yellow
  • 1 garlic, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • Trim the ends of the green beans. Boil water in a large pot and cook the green beans for just 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat, add onion and garlic, and stir until the onion is translucent, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  • Add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes, then add the green beans and mix. Add a tablespoon of water and cover for one minute, season, and serve immediately.
