1/4 cups Extra Especial® extra virgin olive oil with white truffle
2 portobello mushrooms
1 teaspoon Great Value® plain salt
2 burger buns
2 slices Gouda cheese
1 tablespoon Extra Special Olive Oil®
1/2 red onions, sliced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons Great Value® granulated sugar
1/4 cups orange bell pepper, cut into strips
1/4 cups baby arugula
2 tablespoons jocoque Extra Special® with fine herbs and garlic

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Marinate the portobellos with the Extra Special® extra virgin olive oil with white truffle for 20 minutes. Cut into slices.
In a grill pan, cook the portobellos until marked and season with salt.
Place the portobellos on the burger bun and cover with cheese slices. Broil in the oven for 5 minutes. Set aside.
For the onions, heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onions until softened. Add the vinegar and sugar and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes or until caramelized.
Assemble the burgers by placing a little jocoque on the top of the buns, add the portobellos, onions, peppers, and arugula.
Top and serve immediately. Accompany with wedge fries.
