Add all the ingredients to a container (you can blend in a food processor or use a hand blender). Remember to reserve some chickpeas for decoration at the end.
Blend until all the ingredients are completely integrated. Now is the time to add water depending on the texture you want to achieve (thicker or thinner). The usual texture is thick, so don't overdo it with the water! I added about 30 ml.
To present the hummus, you can decorate with some chickpeas, add a bit of paprika for color, and a drizzle of olive oil to finish.
