16 Jalapeño chiles
2 cans tuna, 130 g each
2 tomatoes, cut into small cubes
1/4 red onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons white pepper
2 sprigs fresh cilantro, for garnish

In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the jalapeños for 5 minutes or until soft. Drain and cool.
Carefully open the chiles in the middle and remove the seeds, being careful not to break them. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the tuna with the tomato, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stuff the jalapeños with the tuna mixture and garnish with cilantro leaves. Serve.
