Prepare this side dish of Braised Mushrooms that has a different touch thanks to the fennel it contains. If you like a more intense flavor, add more fennel.

300 grams button mushrooms, sliced
pepper, to taste
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 onions, chopped
vegetable oil
fennel, the leaves
salt

In a slow cooker, place the finely chopped onion and garlic. When the onion is tender, add the thickly sliced mushrooms.
Add some fennel leaves, salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix everything together and let it stew for 20 minutes until the mushrooms have released all their juices.
