Braised Mushrooms

Prepare this side dish of Braised Mushrooms that has a different touch thanks to the fennel it contains. If you like a more intense flavor, add more fennel.

  • 300 grams button mushrooms, sliced
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • vegetable oil
  • fennel, the leaves
  • salt

  • In a slow cooker, place the finely chopped onion and garlic. When the onion is tender, add the thickly sliced mushrooms.
  • Add some fennel leaves, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Mix everything together and let it stew for 20 minutes until the mushrooms have released all their juices.
