Mushroom Salad

  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 cup button mushrooms
  • 1/4 cups red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cups vinaigrette, balsamic
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, in pieces

  • Combine the spinach leaves with the mushrooms and onion in a large salad bowl; set aside.
  • Mix the dressing with the walnuts in a microwave-safe measuring cup. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds or until warm; stir.
