400 grams button mushrooms, large
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons sour cream
50 grams Parmesan cheese
salt, and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup spinach, chopped
walnuts, chopped

Clean the mushrooms well with a cloth to remove dirt and separate the caps from the stems, reserving the caps. Chop the stems of the mushrooms.
Melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic in it.
Over low heat, add the spinach, mushroom stems, cream, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and place them on a baking tray.
Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
