Stuffed Spinach Mushrooms

Stuffed Spinach Mushrooms are a delicious healthy side dish that will make you look like a kitchen goddess.

  • 400 grams button mushrooms, large
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • walnuts, chopped

  • Clean the mushrooms well with a cloth to remove dirt and separate the caps from the stems, reserving the caps. Chop the stems of the mushrooms.
  • Melt the butter and sauté the onion and garlic in it.
  • Over low heat, add the spinach, mushroom stems, cream, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
