Caramelized Onion

Delicious caramelized onion, you can use this recipe to make vegetable soup, to accompany fried rice, to add more flavor to your panini, or for whatever you want.

  • 3 onions, large
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups white wine

  • Slice the onion into thin slices.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet and add the onion.
  • Sauté the onion, add the sugar, and cook on low heat.
  • Add 1/3 of white wine and cook until it evaporates. Repeat the process.
  • Let it cool and use it for whatever you desire.
