Delicious caramelized onions, you can use this recipe to make vegetable soup, to accompany with fried rice, to give more flavor to your panini or whatever you want.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3 onions, big
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups white wine

Preparation

Cut the onion into thin slices.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the onion.
Season the onion, add the sugar and cook over low heat.
Add 1/3 of white wine and cook until it evaporates. Repeat the procedure.
Allow to cool and use it for whatever you want.

PRESENTATION

You can store the onion in a glass jar and it will be kept for 10 days.
