Pumpkin Hummus

A different recipe, with ingredients that will give a total twist to the typical hummus we know.

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 grams pumpkin
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons tahini sauce
  • 150 grams chickpeas, in jar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Cook the pumpkin until it is soft.
  • Add all the ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve the mixture and accompany with crackers or bread.
